In 1955 Daniel Swarovski and Christian Dior invented a coating for crystal beads.
It gave to crystal the opportunity to shine in different colors, not just the main one given.
They called it Aurora Borealis. Very appropriate I must say!
Imagine when people saw dresses by Christian Dior decorated with such impressive colors and light effects.
Nowadays this coating is one of the most wanted when it comes to beads.
We, in the Couloir have a few rareness like this one. 13mm light rose AB is not manufactured anymore...
